At Gun Dog Retrievers we take great pride in our 20+ years of dog training excellence. Unlike many of the larger pro’s, we only train a select few dogs at any one time – rarely more than 3 or 4 dogs. This allows us to welcome our guests into our family, creating a close bond and trust. This typically results in a faster training cycle as the one-on-one attention enables us to bring out the best in the dogs entrusted to our care.

We cater exclusively to Labrador Retrievers and those hunters who are looking for strong waterfowl/duck dog hunting companions, as well as AKC Hunt Test competitors.

• AKC and HRC Hunt Tests Competition Training and Prep

  • Professional handling Instructions,

  •  We will  work with you as your Personal trainer on a one on one basis to teach you how to handle your own dog and compete in the great sport of hunt tests.
